ireand!

I'm going there on friday with save your breath, so check back for a few more posts!

hello

well another week or two has past, although it does'nt matter considering i have been no where and been involved in nothing!
ever since last week were have been involved with friendsn brands etc, ive been sleep, killing chilling spilling and cutting the fucking shit out of my finger! you want to hear that story?no, i'm going to tell it anyway, so i thought hmm, lets make a vegan pizza(pizza with no chese), so i was chopping/breaking dem hearts, and i slipped and chopped half my finger off, it really hurt and i passed out from blood loss and shock, when i regained life! my mum and dad were there to help me! which was brilliant, considerering i had chopped off half of my finger, it felt awesome and in was no way extremely painful! wow i' m such a man! but yeah, i'm drunk now! so see you soon!

Recording day four and five!

yo, i am back again, to tell you stories of rainy today and not so rainy yesterday.

So, first of all Day Four
i wasn't there, so i am going to document what i have been told, vocals for one of the songs were recorded yesterday, including backing vocals etc, so thats pretty wizaard.

Day Five
Since i wasn't there to take bad photos yesterday, so we took one of dave singing today, and we were going to put it and play it off as if he was actually singing but unless your a cat you are going to realise.

after pretending to sing dave found a scooter, it was pretty sweet

today Tom fucking owen recorded alot of his guitar parts

pretty much all of the tracks have most of the guitar done on them now, but when we were about to listen to one of the tracks that had been completed it was revealed that bobby has missed the drums in the intro. nightmare, if you want to send him hate texts or phonecalls for being a complete douche you can reach him at 07796374678!

a comical joke was also made on certain members of the band, romesh...

played the worlds best/sickest/radical/amazing/geart solo over one of the parts and we told the boys that we thought it should be in the track becuase it was amazing, pretty funny stuff. i guess you had to be there. we do have a video of it though so you can enjoy it just as much as we did once we find a cable that connects the camera to the macs!

so to recap we recorded guitars and watched alan partridge over and over
and over and over again
i'm tired
it was a good/eventful day

so check back for more shit tomorrow
peace
cheeeers

Recording day three!

Recording @ Longwave-Day Three

Yo, here we are again, in the studio for day three of recording...

so shortly after setting up some of the equipment for the guitar tracks

we began to rock..

after rocking for a good 25minutes, the recommended daily amount, parslow started to record his guitar parts.

we are still recording the adams guitar parts right now, right this second, so i can't really tell you how many songs we have done, or will be done by the end of the day. But, i can tell you that the on and only tom owen is up next to lay down his spine breaking parts.

Also eariler we were walking out of sainsburys after grabbing a light lunch, when a baby dropped a chocolate milkshake on the floor as dave and tom were walking past its pram, consequently the boys both received back splash of the milkshake all over thier white t-shirts while the childs teenage mother was talking to her friend about bebo or some other hip fad no doubt!

Also also, it seem's that the world does not want anyone to see footage of this recording, as the camera ran out of battery and the lead we picked up from home was the wrong one, so i do apologize. Maybe we can sort some out for tomorrow, hopefully something won't go wrong for us.

but the tracks are sounding wiiizzard, so check back for updates tomorrow and hopefully a video
chhheeeeeeeerrrss

Recording day one and two!

this was like last week, but check it ourt!

Day OneYo it is rich, you probably don't have a clue who i am, but sometimes i do merch and hang out with the lads.
Anyway, first of all i would like to apologize for the lack of footage in this blog, well i say lack, i mean NO footage at all. We had trouble with getting the videos from the camera onto the computers, but i'm sure we will find a way..sort it out by tomorrow and get some classic footage up for your entertainment!

So, it was a bright and sunny day in newport south wales, when we set sail for longwave recording studio's in cardiff.

A short while after arriving at the studio parslow, ben and webbo started laying down the guide tracks for bobby. Once all the guide tracks were done bobby started tracking the drums, he did all the drums to the intro and three other tracks, after that half of us went to the four year strong show and half of us when back home for the night, we left the drum tracks in the hands of Romesh and Rob.

Day Two

Day two of recording was an equally hot day to day one, i guess it was sunny is what i am trying to say.

The day began with bobby doing the last two drum tracks for the record, after that ben started doing his bass parts.
From then on the day pretty much consisted of bass..

chilling in the sun topless..

more bass..

and more chilling topless

All in all a pretty eventful two days , i even found out that sainsbury do a fruit bar, its a bit like a salad bar, but with fruit!

Anyway that's all for today but check back tomorrow for more updates, pictures in the sun and maybe a video duudeee
cheers

good week

nothing new!

so tonight i went to see glasjaw, i'm not that big of a glassjaw fan( i know i know have a go at me if you want) but the show was pretty good. the sound was pretty bad, i'm no sound expert, but i've seen enough shows in the great hall to know when its good and bad!

it has also been quite a sunny week, i dont know why im writing that since you all pretty much know that, when i say "all" i mean my 0 friends on this website that i've decided to pour life life on to!

i hope the sun does stick around though, chicks, parties, beer, skateboarding, parties, more beer and more chicks
thankyou goodnight
